Welcome Home !!

Molly and Patch came home today. We went to the ER vet to pick them up they actually walked out! Molly walks as if she is a bit intoxicated and every now and then her legs give out and she falls, but she had a lot of muscle relaxant and it will take time to get it out.

We then went to visit our vet. The removed Patch's IV and told him to take it easy on the food. He lost a good 10 pounds during this nightmare.

Molly is not as good. The whites of her eyes are actually yellow right now, signs of something not right with her liver. Dr. Tom left her IV in and sent us home with a syringe and some valium. He wanted to be extra careful in case she had a seizure, though he did feel is was unlikely. When Jim gets home we can take out the tube and she should be okay at that point. Her temperature was 102.7 and he said that would be all right.

Needless to say we are past thrilled to have them home and probably all better. My heart still aches for Vegas to be here.
